CLEMENT VENTURINI: "Defending my jersey

"I wanted to give it my all on this course, deliver a full race from start to finish. I was able to set a pretty good pace from the start. I saw that I was gaining time with each lap but nothing was easy. This is my third elite title, they all have a special value. It is always a pride and an honor to wear this jersey. I am less present in winter but I wanted to win the race. Flamanville, a key date in the French calendar, is very pleasant and I am lucky to have won here every time I have come. Now it's time for the road season where I want to raise my arms unlike last year."[/su_quote]

After 2017 and 2019, Clément Venturini won his third French Elite Cyclo-cross Championship title, the second under the AG2R LA MONDIALE colors.

Resumption of the Marseillaise for Venturini

Clément Venturini will be in training from January 16 to 24 in Altea (Spain) with the AG2R LA MONDIALE team. His return to road racing is scheduled for February 2 during the Grand Prix de la Marseillaise. He will then race the Etoile de Bessèges (February 6-9).
