"I got sick just after the Vuelta a Espana (August 19 - September 11). It took me more than a week to fully recover and then I was able to start riding again little by little.
The Italian classics at the end of the season are interesting one-day events with profiles that are conducive to movement races.
I don't know how my legs will feel after the Vuelta, but I'm very motivated to get a collective result. These are my last race numbers with the AG2R CITROËN team and I want to finish well.
