LARRY WARBASSE : “This race is always difficult”
“I feel that the form is getting closer to where I want it. The sensations were not that great when I returned to racing. Then after Tirreno-Adriatico, I was able to do a good block of training at home and I feel that I have been improving. We have a great team at this Tour of the Basque Country (Itzulia Basque Country) and I am happy to be at the start. It’s always a difficult race; it will also help me to work towards the rest of the season, and especially for the Giro d’Italia which is my big goal.”LARRY WARBASSE
Having returned to competition at Cholet Pays de Loire, Benoît Cosnefroy will be at the start of the Itzulia Basque Country with only one day of competition so far this season.
First time for Prodhomme
A professional since January 1, Nicolas Prodhomme will participate in his first UCI WorldTour race at the Itzulia Basque Country.
