CYRIL DESSEL : “Aiming for stage wins”
“We were originally slated to do the Quatre Jours de Dunkerque, but now that it has been cancelled, we have been forced to change our plans, just like we had to last year.
This event will mark the return to racing of the group of guys who were mostly at the cobbled classics like Oliver Naesen, Gijs Van Hoecke and Julien Duval, but the profile of the Volta ao Algarve, is more difficult than the Quatre Jours, so we have also included riders like Mathias Frank and Nicolas Prodhomme who can handle the climbing.
We hope to be competitive even though a number of our riders are just coming off their breaks, so we will be aiming for stage wins.”CYRIL DESSEL
